How Do I Cash Out My Winnings?
As part of our commitment to providing truly superior service, RileysPoker makes every effort to ensure that your Cash Out request is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.To Cash Out your winnings from your RileysPoker Account, please follow the steps below:
- Start the RileysPoker program;
- Choose "Money Play";
- Enter your Money Play Username and Password and click "Login";
- From the RileysPoker Lobby, click on the "Cashier";
- Once in the Cashier, click on "Cash Out";
- In the box provided, enter the amount that you wish to Cash Out from your account.
- From the drop-down menu, please enter by which payment method you wish to receive your Remaining Cash Out Balance.
- If you choose Wire Transfer, please enter/review/update your Bank Details in the pop-up window and then click "Submit".
- If you choose Bank Draft/Cheque, please enter/review/update your Mailing Address in the pop-up window and then click "Submit".
- If you choose EntroPay card and you placed a deposit with an EntroPay card issued through EntroPay's website your funds will be returned to your card.
- If you choose EntroPay card and you placed a deposit with the help of our Member Support team (by phone) you will be required to contact the Member Support team to get a claiming code for you. EntroPay will then email you a link to their site which will guide you through the steps to making your cashout. You will need your claim code during this process in order to cashout.
- Click on the "Submit Cash Out Request" button.
Please note the following important information: Cash Outs requested within the same 24 hour period as the deposit, via the same payment method, may be combined as one payment.
Occasionally, your authorization or some documentation, may be required to process your Cash Out requests, and we may ask that you sign a list of your previous Deposits with us.
Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Ltd. (the operator of rileyspoker.com), reserves the right to delay and/or stop the processing of Cash Out requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding Deposit transactions.
Bonuses may be Cashed Out only after all Bonus Policy requirements have been satisfied (please see Bonus Conditions FAQ).

Bonus Conditions
RileysPoker's Bonus Policy states that:
- Subject to Cassava's discretion and the rules set out below, new members may receive a 100% Welcome Bonus of up to $400 in relation to their first deposit to their account. Cassava reserves the right to limit the Welcome Bonus to (i) one bonus per household or (ii) one bonus per computer terminal.
-PLEASE NOTE: All monetary amounts referred to herein this bonus policy are in US Dollars. Where players receive any bonus in currencies other than US Dollars, such bonus amounts shall be given to players based on the US Dollar amount according to the relevant daily exchange rate.
- The terms "Initial Deposit Welcome Bonus", "First Deposit Bonus", "Match Up Bonus" and "First Time Bonus" all refer to the same Welcome Bonus.
Special Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions
(A) To be eligible for any bonus included as part of this special 100% up to $400 Welcome Bonus promotion (the "Promotion"), a player must open a new RileysPoker account and make a first deposit equal to or greater than the minimum required deposit.
(B) The Promotion is comprised of two bonus levels:
a. An Instant Bonus equal to 25% of the first deposit made by a new player.
b. A Pending Bonus equal to 75% of the first deposit made by the same player.
(C) The Instant Bonus will be remitted directly into the new player's account upon his/her first deposit.
(D) RileysPoker's standard wagering terms apply to the Instant Bonus as such are set out below.
(E) The Pending Bonus will be remitted to the player's account in one lump sum as soon as the player has collected 10 Bonus Points per every $1 of the Pending Bonus within 30 days of his/her first deposit.
(F) An explanation as to how Bonus Points are accumulated can be found on our How to earn Frequent Player Points (FPPs) and Bonus Points (BPs) page.
(G) Players who benefit from this Promotion will not be eligible to benefit from any other first deposit bonus promotions.
(H) In the event of any type of bonus abuse, as such shall be determined by RileysPoker, RileysPoker reserves the right to discontinue the player's RileysPoker membership and to prevent the player from accessing RileysPoker in the future.
(I) Players are permitted to make deposits following their initial deposits in order to reach certain bonus levels, however only the initial deposit amount shall be considered in relation to awarding the Initial Bonus and the Pending Bonus.
(J) RileysPoker shall deposit all bonuses into a player's account within twenty-four (24) hours of the player becoming eligible to receive them.
(K) The terms and conditions for the Promotion shall be read in conjunction with RileysPoker's End-user License Agreement.
(L) This is a time-limited promotion. RileysPoker reserves the right to discontinue the Promotion at any time and at its sole discretion.
(M) The Promotion shall commence on June 3rd, 2008 and shall conclude on a date to be determined and posted on the RileysPoker website.
(N) The Welcome Bonus will not be available to players registered, logging in from or depositing from China.
- This Bonus Policy applies to all event or promotion funds received in excess of regular payouts.
- RileysPoker reserves the right to withhold the amount of any bonus from a player's cashout.
- All non-pending bonuses and promotional offers extended to players can be cashed out after an amount totaling no less than twenty (20) times the bonus amount received has been wagered within 90 days of being credited to a player's account, unless otherwise specified in the notification of a promotional offer.
- RileysPoker reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at a time of it's choosing, to revoke any bonuses and promotional offers, or any parts thereof, not used by a player within the relevant time period.
- In the event of abuse, RileysPoker reserves the right to discontinue the player's RileysPoker membership and to prevent the player from accessing the poker room in the future.
- In the event RileysPoker deems that any players acting in a group are or have attempted to abuse any bonus offer, RileysPoker reserves the right to block all relevant accounts and indefinitely retain the monies therein.
- In the event of a bonus being removed from your account for any reason, we reserve the right to remove the full bonus amount together with any winnings derived from this bonus, irrespective of any wagering that may have occurred with the said bonus.
- Bonus points accumulated via low risk wagering in Wild Wheel, Roulette, Baccarat and Craps bets will not be eligible for any of our events and will not be calculated as a valid wager with regard to the cashout requirements in RileysPoker's Bonus Policy.
- This Bonus Policy has been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of this Policy and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
