Terms & conditions

1. Entrants must provide the entry details as specified.
2. Promotions at RileysPoker are only open to UK residents. Persons situated outside of the UK will not be eligible to participate in RileysPoker promotions but can continue to enjoy all the great tournaments and cash games on offer.
3. Employees of Rileys and any company associated with this specific promotion, and their families, are not eligible to enter.
4. Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Proof of sending email is not proof of our receipt of your entry.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed.
7. The closing date is as specified.
8. Winners will be formally notified within 2 days of closing date. Only the winner will be contacted personally.
9. The prize may not be transferred to any other person.
10. No cash alternative or alternative prize is available on request, but in the event of the advertised prize being unavailable we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
11. Winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity.
12. No responsibility is accepted for inaccurate prize details supplied by sponsors.
13. Use of false name or address, i.e. name, by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
14. We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time.
15. Entering implies acceptance of these rules.
16. The prize winners will be selected at random by RileysPoker.com. Their decision is final in every situation, including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them.
18. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
19. RileysPoker.com will not pass your personal details to any other organization without your permission, except for the purpose of awarding your prize if necessary.
20. To participate in this competition you must have had made a minimum deposit into your real money Rileys account.

RileysPoker - Bonus Policy

RileysPoker is brought to you by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited ("Cassava") with the permission of Rileys Limited.

What is the RileysPoker Bonus Policy?

The RileysPoker Bonus Policy states that:

1. Subject to Cassava's discretion and the rules set out below, new members may receive a 100% Welcome Bonus of up to $400 in relation to their first deposit to their account. Cassava reserves the right to limit the Welcome Bonus to (i) one bonus per household or (ii) one bonus per computer terminal.
   
   -PLEASE NOTE: All monetary amounts referred to herein this bonus policy are in US Dollars. Where players receive any bonus in currencies other than US Dollars, such bonus amounts shall be given to players based on the US Dollar amount according to the relevant daily exchange rate.
   
   
2. The terms "Initial Deposit Welcome Bonus", "First Deposit Bonus", "Match Up Bonus" and "First Time Bonus" all refer to the same Welcome Bonus.

   Special Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions

   (A) To be eligible for any bonus included as part of this special 100% up to $400 Welcome Bonus promotion (the "Promotion"), a player must open a new RileysPoker account and make a first deposit equal to or greater than the minimum required deposit.

   (B) The Promotion is comprised of two bonus levels:

   a. An Instant Bonus equal to 25% of the first deposit made by a new player.
   b. A Pending Bonus equal to 75% of the first deposit made by the same player.
   

   (C) The Instant Bonus will be remitted directly into the new player's account upon his/her first deposit.

   (D) RileysPoker's standard wagering terms apply to the Instant Bonus as such are set out below.

   (E) The Pending Bonus will be remitted to the player's account in one lump sum as soon as the player has collected 10 Bonus Points per every $1 of the Pending Bonus within 30 days of his/her first deposit.

   (F) An explanation as to how Bonus Points are accumulated can be found on our How to earn Frequent Player Points (FPPs) and Bonus Points (BPs) page.

   (G) Players who benefit from this Promotion will not be eligible to benefit from any other first deposit bonus promotions.

   (H) In the event of any type of bonus abuse, as such shall be determined by RileysPoker, RileysPoker reserves the right to discontinue the player's RileysPoker membership and to prevent the player from accessing RileysPoker in the future.

   (I) Players are permitted to make deposits following their initial deposits in order to reach certain bonus levels, however only the initial deposit amount shall be considered in relation to awarding the Initial Bonus and the Pending Bonus.

   (J) RileysPoker shall deposit all bonuses into a player's account within twenty-four (24) hours of the player becoming eligible to receive them.

   (K) The terms and conditions for the Promotion shall be read in conjunction with RileysPoker's End-user License Agreement.

   (L) This is a time-limited promotion. RileysPoker reserves the right to discontinue the Promotion at any time and at its sole discretion.

   (M) The Promotion shall commence on June 3rd, 2008 and shall conclude on a date to be determined and posted on the RileysPoker website.

   (N) The Welcome Bonus will not be available to players registered, logging in from or depositing from China.

3. This Bonus Policy applies to all event or promotion funds received in excess of regular payouts.
4. RileysPoker reserves the right to withhold the amount of any bonus from a player's cashout.
5. All non-pending bonuses and promotional offers extended to players can be cashed out after an amount totaling no less than twenty (20) times the bonus amount received has been wagered within 90 days of being credited to a player's account, unless otherwise specified in the notification of a promotional offer.
6. RileysPoker reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at a time of it's choosing, to revoke any bonuses and promotional offers, or any parts thereof, not used by a player within the relevant time period.
7. In the event of abuse, RileysPoker reserves the right to discontinue the player's RileysPoker membership and to prevent the player from accessing the poker room in the future.
8. In the event RileysPoker deems that any players acting in a group are or have attempted to abuse any bonus offer, RileysPoker reserves the right to block all relevant accounts and indefinitely retain the monies therein.
9. In the event of a bonus being removed from your account for any reason, we reserve the right to remove the full bonus amount together with any winnings derived from this bonus, irrespective of any wagering that may have occurred with the said bonus.
10. Bonus points accumulated via low risk wagering in Wild Wheel, Roulette, Baccarat and Craps bets will not be eligible for any of our events and will not be calculated as a valid wager with regard to the cashout requirements in RileysPoker's Bonus Policy.
11. This Bonus Policy has been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of this Policy and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.

RileysPoker - Cash Out Policy

What is the RileysPoker Cash Out Policy?

As part of our commitment to providing truly superior service, RileysPoker makes every effort to ensure that your Cash Out request is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The cashout policy dictates that members may be required to verify their identity before a cash withdrawal can be made from their account. This validation process is to prevent potential online fraud.

Main Verification Documents

1. Photographic ID: A copy of a current photographic ID is required for your first cashout request. This photographic ID can be in the form of a copy of a Passport, Drivers License or National ID card. Please ensure that your name, photograph and signature are visible on the document.
2. Credit cards: A copy of the front and back of the credit card used to fund your account is also required. Should you chose to fund your account using multiple credit and/or debit cards, you may be asked to supply copies of more than one card, You may block the middle eight numbers and the 3 digit security code at the back of the card copy.
3. Proof of address: In some cases you may be required to provide documentation which validates your home address. This may be in the form of a utility bill or a credit card statement.
4. Notarized documentation may also be required depending on the amount of your cashout request. (Done by a Notary "lawyer, notary public, etc." to certify something such as a signature on a legal document as authentic or legitimate by affixing a notary's stamp and signature)
5. Note: In some cases, depending on the payment method used to fund your account, you may be asked for one or a combination of the aforementioned documents, or additional documents not included in the list above.

6. The following is an explanation of how the Cash Out process works and RileysPoker's Cash Out Policy:

   At RileysPoker, the method(s) by which we pay your Cash Out is directly dependent upon the payment method(s) by which you have submitted your Deposit(s) in the past, and the amounts of those Deposit(s).

   When you Deposit to your RileysPoker Account by Credit, Charge or Debit Card, NETELLER, Moneta, Moneybookers, PayPal you accumulate what we refer to as a positive "Member Transaction Balance"* (please see Cash Out Policy below for definition), for that particular payment method.

   When you request a Cash Out, if possible, your Cash Out will be paid automatically to the payment method(s) for which you have established a positive Member Transaction Balance (please see Credit/Debit Card/NETELLER **Exceptions below).

   1. On Monday you Deposit $50 by Visa Credit Card;
   2. On Monday you Deposit $50 by Visa Credit Card;
   3. On Tuesday you Deposit $50 by NETELLER;
   4. On Wednesday you Deposit another $50 by Visa Credit Card;
   5. On Thursday you Deposit $50 by Moneybookers;
   6. On Friday you Deposit $50 by PayPal;
   7. On Saturday you Deposit $50 by Moneta;
   8. Your Member Transaction Balance now equals $300:
   1. $100 on Visa Credit Card;
   2. $50 on Moneybookers;
   3. $50 on NETELLER;
   4. $50 on PayPal;
   5. $50 on Moneta,
   9. On Sunday you request a $450 Cash Out.

   The first $300 of your Cash Out (up to your Member' Transaction Balance) will be automatically paid to you in a manner such as follows:

   1. $100 will be paid to your Visa Credit Card Account(s)(please see Credit/Debit Card/NETELLER **Exceptions below);
   2. $50 will be paid to your Moneybookers Account;
   3. $50 will be paid to your NETELLER Account;
   4. $50 will be paid to your PayPal Account;
   5. $50 will be paid to your Moneta Account;
   6. Your Member Transaction Balance now equals $0.

   Your $150 "Remaining Cash Out Balance"*** (the amount above your Member' Transaction Balance - please see Cash Out Policy below for definition) will be paid to you according to your chosen payment method(s):

   1. Visa Credit/Debit Card(s) (up to $50,000 per Credit/Debit Card/per day - maximum allowed per our Poker cashout limits - where permitted by the Visa Credit/Debit Card issuer - please see Credit/Debit Card/NETELLER **Exceptions below), or;
   2. Solo and/or Maestro Debit Card(s) (if you have Deposited to your RileysPoker Account by this payment method in the past, and only in randomly selected cases), or;
   3. NETELLER (if you have Deposited to your RileysPoker Account by this payment method in the past), or;
   4. Moneybookers (if you have Deposited to your RileysPoker Account by this payment method in the past), or;
   5. PayPal (if you have Deposited to your RileysPoker Poker Account by this payment method in the past), or;
   6. Moneta if you have Deposited to your RileysPoker Account by this payment method in the past), or;
   7. EntroPay card (if you have Deposited to your RileysPoker Poker Account by this payment method in the past), or;
   8. Wire Transfer (if you did not use cards as mentioned in section 1 and 2 above or MasterCard Credit Cards that were issued in the UK), or;
   9. Bank Draft/Cheque (if you did not use cards as mentioned in section 1 and 2 above), or;
   10. UK Credit Cards via BACS (if you have Deposited to your RileysPoker Account by Visa and/or MasterCard Credit Cards that were issued in the UK only).

   Legend:

   • * = Member Transaction Balance (see Cash Out Policy below for definition).
   • ** = Credit/Debit/NETELLER Card Exceptions (see next section below).
   • *** = Remaining Cash Out Balance (see Cash Out Policy below for definition).

   **Visa Credit Card Cash Outs: Due to regulations imposed by issuers of Visa Credit/Debit Cards, RileysPoker is not permitted to pay Cash Outs to Visa Credit/Debit Cards issued in specific countries (please see drop-down list below to view these countries). Furthermore, due to regulations imposed by some issuers of Visa Credit/Debit Cards in countries not included in the drop-down list below (non-listed countries), RileysPoker is not permitted to pay Cash Outs to certain Visa Credit/Debit Cards. Therefore, Deposits made using these particular Visa Credit/Debit Cards will not be counted towards the *Member Transaction Balance (see Cash Out Policy below). Members who have Deposited to their RileysPoker Accounts via these particular Visa Credit/Debit Cards shall receive Cash Outs according to section three (3) of the Cash Out Policy, below.

   Please see drop-down list below, specifying countries where certain Visa Credit/Debit Card issuers do not permit Cash Outs to be paid to Visa Credit/Debit Cards::

   **MasterCard/Eurocard Cash Outs:due to regulations imposed by issuers of MasterCard/Eurocard Credit/Debit Cards, RileysPoker is not permitted to pay Cash Outs to MasterCard and/or Eurocard Credit/Debit Cards. Therefore, Deposits made by MasterCard and/or Eurocard Credit/Debit Cards will not be counted towards the *Member Transaction Balance (see Cash Out Policy below). Members who have Deposited to their RileysPoker Accounts via MasterCard and/or Eurocard Credit/Debit Cards shall receive Cash Outs according to section three (3) of the Cash Out Policy, below.

   Please note the following important Cash Out information(pertinent to Credit Card and Non-Credit Card users):

   Cash Outs requested within the same 24 hour period as the deposit, via the same payment method, may be combined as one payment.

   In most cases, Cash Out Payment Credits will be posted as separate transactions, and will not cancel charges resulting from your Deposit(s) to your RileysPoker Poker Account.

   Should you have not actively used your chosen payment method to Deposit to your account for more than 12 months, this cash out option may no longer be available.

   If your Cash Out request is for less than the minimum allowable amount, listed below, the funds will be returned to your Bankroll:

   • The minimum wire transfer cashout is $20.
   • The minimum bank draft cashout is $30 / £25 / €20 / 30 CAD/ 200 SEK/ 200 DKK (according to your selected cashout currency).
   • The minimum cashout for the following payment methods is $6: Moneybookers, NETELLER, PayPal, UK credit cards via BACS, credit card, debit card, Moneta, WebMoney and EntroPay card.

   Occasionally, your authorization or some documentation may be required to process your Cash Out request, and we may ask that you sign a list of your previous Deposits to your RileysPoker Account.

   Generally, credit card or debit card cashouts by members in the UK, Canada, Denmark, Sweden or other EU countries that use the Euro, will be converted into and refunded to the member's card in the same currency used for deposit. Cashouts via bank draft/wire transfer by members in Canada, the UK, Sweden, Denmark and other EU countries that use Euro (except Cyprus and Malta), will be converted into local currency. The conversion rate applied will be comparable with daily commerical rates offered by banks and credit card companies on the day the cashout is processed. Once the cashout has been processed, the member will be told his cashout ID and the amount refunded in both bankroll currency and settle currency. In other circumstances, the cashout will be refunded to the member in bankroll currency at the rate used by the member's issuing bank.

   Note: Please notify us immediately should your Credit/Debit Card(s) be lost, stolen or cancelled or should your E-wallet status change, so we may investigate their status and confirm that payments may/may not be received.

   Total Cash Outs of over $5,000 per month require documented authentication. Below, please see the type of authentication required, as determined by the total amount of the Member's Cash Outs per one (1) month period:

   Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar), Ltd. (the Operator of RileysPoker), reserves the right to delay and/or stop the processing of Cash Out requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding Deposit transactions.

   Bonuses may be Cashed Out only after all Bonus Policy requirements have been satisfied (please see Bonus Policy of this site).

   There are no fees charged for any of our Cash Out services, however your bank or payment processor may levy a fee to process your cashout. In the event that we terminate the offering of our business in any specific country, payouts will be subject to reasonable processing charges.

   RileysPoker's Cash Out Policy:

   According to RileysPoker's Cash Out Policy, Members' Cash Out requests shall be automatically paid directly to the payment method(s) by which that Member submitted their original Deposit(s) to their RileysPoker Account, up to the *Member Transaction Balance (see section one (1) below for definition). Thereafter, that Member may choose the payment method(s) by which to receive their ***Remaining Cash Out Balance (see section three (3) below for definition):

   1. *The Member Transaction Balance shall be defined as:
   1. Any total sum a Member has Deposited to their RileysPoker Account via their Visa Credit/Debit Card(s) (with the exception of certain Visa Credit/Debit Cards - please see Credit/Debit Card/NETELLER **Exceptions above), less previous Cash Outs and/or refunds to this same payment method, plus/or;
   2. Any total sum a Member has Deposited to their RileysPoker Account via their Solo and/or Maestro Debit Card(s), less previous Cash Outs and/or refunds to this same payment method, plus/or;
   3. Any total sum a Member has Deposited to their RileysPoker Account via their NETELLER Account(s), less previous Cash Outs and/or refunds to this same payment method, plus/or;
   4. Any total sum a Member has Deposited to their RileysPoker Account via their Moneybookers Account(s), less previous Cash Outs and/or refunds to this same payment method.
   5. Any total sum a Member has Deposited to their RileysPoker Account via their PayPal Account(s), less previous Cash Outs and/or refunds to this same payment method.
   6. Any total sum a Member has Deposited to their RileysPoker Account via their Moneta Account(s), less previous Cash Outs and/or refunds to this same payment method.
   2. Cash Outs shall be automatically paid directly to the following payment method(s), up to the *Member Transaction Balance (see section one (1) above), and in a manner such as follows:
   1. Visa Credit/Debit Card(s) (up to $50,000 per Credit/Debit Card/per day - maximum allowed per our Poker cashout limits - where permitted by the Visa Credit/Debit Card issuer - please see Credit/Debit Card/NETELLER **Exceptions above);
   2. Solo and/or Maestro Debit Card(s);
   3. NETELLER Account(s);
   4. Moneybookers Account(s);
   5. PayPal(s):
   6. Moneta (s).
7. Thereafter (once a *Member Transaction Balance, utilizing all payment methods with which that Member has Deposited to their RileysPoker Account in the past, has been satisfied - see section one (1) above), that Member may choose, if any exists:
1. Visa Credit/Debit Card(s) (up to $50,000 per Credit/Debit Card/per day - maximum allowed per our Poker cashout limits - where permitted by the Visa Credit/Debit Card issuer - please see Credit/Debit Card/NETELLER **Exceptions above), or;
2. Solo and/or Maestro Debit Card(s) (if you have Deposited to your RileysPoker Account by this payment method in the past, and only in randomly selected cases), or;
3. NETELLER (if you have Deposited to your RileysPoker Account by this payment method in the past), or;
4. Moneybookers (if you have Deposited to your RileysPoker Account by this payment method in the past), or;
5. PayPal (if you have Deposited to your RileysPoker Poker Account by this payment method in the past), or;
6. Moneta (if you have Deposited to your RileysPoker Poker Account by this payment method in the past), or;
7. EntroPay card (if you have Deposited to your RileysPoker Poker Account by this payment method in the past), or;
8. Wire Transfer (if you did not use cards as mentioned in section 1 and 2 above or MasterCard Credit Cards that were issued in the UK), or;
9. Bank Draft/Cheque (if you did not use cards as mentioned in section (a) and (b) above), or;
10. UK Credit Cards via BACS (if you have deposited to your RileysPoker Account by Visa and/or MasterCard Credit Cards that were issued in the UK. Note: This is the only option for UK issued Visa/Mastercard Credit Cards to receive over the balance cashouts.)
